Prices

Prices are exclusive of VAT, fuel consumption, transport costs, and operation service.
Prices exclude an 8% machine breakage insurance. Terms are available upon request. This insurance is mandatory unless you are self-insured. In that case, please provide us with a copy of your policy.
The deductible for the renter is 15% of the catalog value of the rented equipment in case of theft and damage, with a minimum of 1500 euros.

Rental Period

The minimum rental period is 1 day (maximum 8 working hours). Additional working hours are proportionally calculated.
A rental week consists of 5 working days (maximum 40 working hours).

Cancellation

Cancellation of the rental must be requested no later than 24 hours before the delivery date and during a working day.

The battery of electric machines must be charged. If the battery is empty at the time of collection, an additional transport cost will be charged.
In case of severe soiling, cleaning costs of 50 euros per hour will be charged.

Invoice Conditions

Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
In case of late payment, an interest of 1% per month will be charged, calculated from the invoice due date, without a formal notice being required.
In case of non-payment, Allto NV reserves the right to suspend further deliveries and services until all outstanding amounts are fully paid.
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court of Veurne.

Public Road

If the equipment operates or is parked on or along the public road, the renter is responsible for obtaining a parking permit. This permit must be valid from at least one working day before the start of the rental until 72 hours after the rental end notification.

Renter's Responsibilities

The renter is responsible for having the necessary training certificates and providing personal protective equipment.
Any technical problems, damages, or tipping must be reported immediately to 058/31.36.47 or info@allto.be.
In case of damage, the machine must be stopped and the renter must not carry out any repairs. Damage due to incorrect use is at the renter's expense.
Machines must not be used for sandblasting work and must be protected during painting work or when using products that could soil the machine.

Rental End Notification

The renter must notify the end of the rental via info@allto.be or via the website. After receipt of the written notification, the machine remains the legal responsibility of the renter for 72 hours.
If no notification is given, the rental period continues. Downtime due to weather conditions can only be allowed in the morning before 7:30 am and can never be deducted retroactively.
When notifying the end of the rental, the machines and accessories must be ready, easily accessible, and clean. Any collection during office hours must be explicitly reported. The key must be placed in the same location as during delivery.
